HTML help?

I have a question and would be over joyed if anyone could answer it. You know how you do that link thing to another diary with the % symbol and such? How come it's not working?

Granted, it's been awhile since I've done the diary thing, but I DID go back to recheck the instructions and I'm doing it right. Also, all the links that were working before have stopped working.


Suggestions.....?
