Thank you l-empress for alerting me to the fact that my guestbook no longer works. I don't want to spend another $20 just to have a functioning comments page, (I'm cheap like that) so I'll have to make sure my email link is working (Do I even have one.....?)

I went on Ebay for the first time yesterday. (Yeah, I know. You want the address of the tree I live in....) It was kind of fun. I found a cute leather jacket with ten minutes left in the auction that had a high bid of a whole $1.25. Wow! I thought, you really can get some awesome deals on here. So I put a maximum bid in for $5.00 and promptly left for work. (Stop laughing.) I honestly thought with only five minutes (by that time) left to bid and it being so early in the day, surely everyone but me is at work already, I was a shu win. (Please wipe your monitor clean. Coffee spit is not pretty.)
When I got home last night, I checked on the outcome. I was amazed. The jacket sold for $28.77. I think I need to rethink the whole max bid thing next time I find something-I-could-live-without-but-since-it's-so-cheap-I'll-get-it strategy.
Oh well, I didn't really need it. It was cute though!
